Conservation Tales on the Web
Conservation Tales: Bats has received a shoutout from Marci Goodwin, author and blog host at The Homeschool Scientist. I met Marci at the Illinois Bat Festival, and she has published a blog entry about bats. As part of her post, she's giving away a copy of Conservation Tales: Bats that she picked up at the Bat Festival - signed by the author! If you want to include a lesson or unit about bats, I'd encourage you to check out Marci's blog. She has some good information to support your students' learning. Illustrations
Sami Pfaff and Sierra Hensley illustrated the first two Conservation Tales books. The process of developing characters and creating illustrations is an interesting part of our work, and we thought you'd like to see some samples of the "works in progress" |
